COACHING PRACTICE

For leaders, founders, artists, advocates, and everyone in between.

The same standard belongs in every room.

Executive coaching. Personal coaching. Group coaching. ICF PCC and ACTC credentialed practitioners. 7,500+ hours of coaching across 2,500+ leaders in 20+ countries.

We coach Fortune 500 executives. We coach classical artists from economically modest backgrounds. We coach hospital staff in rural cancer care. We coach LGBTQIA+ professionals, advocates, educators, neurodiverse clients, women in transition, young adults, and elders. The same ICF Core Competencies belong in every room.

Coaching for All is not a slogan we say. It is the standard our coaches carry.

What we offer

Executive Coaching
OFFERING ONE
Executive coaching

One-to-one coaching for senior leaders. CEOs, C-suite executives, founders, partners, and senior operators navigating leadership transition, scaling challenges, complexity, or transformation. Engagements typically run six to twelve months, with monthly or fortnightly sessions and structured outcome design.

Personal Coaching
OFFERING TWO
Personal coaching

One-to-one coaching for leaders, professionals, artists, and individuals at significant life or career transitions. Career changes. Identity questions. Returning to work after a break. Navigating loss, change, or new chapters. The work is the same as executive coaching. The only thing that changes is who is in the chair.

Group Coaching
OFFERING THREE
Group coaching

Coaching delivered in small groups of six to ten people sharing a common context. Cohorts of first-time managers. Cohorts of women in leadership transition. Cohorts of founders. Cohorts of educators. Group coaching brings the developmental power of coaching to people who would not enter a 1:1 engagement on their own, and to organisations who want coaching at scale.

Who our coaches are

ICF Credentialed Coaches

Every coach at Art To Lead is ICF credentialed.

Most are PCC. Several are ACTC certified team coaches. All have been trained, mentored, or assessed by Sharmi Roy, an ICF Credentialing Assessor who reads PCC submissions for ICF globally.

Many of our coaches were trained at Coachezzy, our ICF Level 2 accredited coach training school. We know how they coach because we trained them. The bar they hold themselves to is the bar we taught them.

Coaches matched to who you are.

When you engage Art To Lead for a coach, you are not buying a platform's algorithm. You are entering a conversation with us about who you are and what you carry, and we match you to a coach whose practice fits.

Most engagements begin with a chemistry session at no cost. If the match is right, you continue. If not, we listen to what was missing and propose a different coach.

Coaches matched to who you are

Why Coaching for All matters when you are choosing a coach.

Most coaching is sold to people the market already values. Senior executives at well-funded organisations. Founders with backers. Leaders whose development is paid for by someone else.

We coach those people. We also coach people the coaching market would never have reached on its own. Hospital staff in rural cancer care. Classical artists building careers from modest beginnings. LGBTQIA+ professionals needing safe space to think. Advocates carrying ethical weight. Young adults finding their footing. Elders in their last working chapter.

The reason this matters when you are choosing a coach: the breadth tests the coaching. A coach who has only ever held space for the well-funded learns to coach in well-funded ways. A coach who has held the same standard across the full range of who coaching is for has been pressure-tested in a way that makes them better at every engagement, including yours.

The same ICF Core Competencies belong in every room. That is the work. That is also why our coaches are good at it.

How we work

How we work

01

Every engagement begins with listening.

A discovery call to understand what you are working on, what you carry, and what you are trying to build. We do not pitch. We listen.

02

A chemistry session at no cost.

If we have a coach we believe is right for you, we propose them and arrange a chemistry session. The session is yours. If the match works, the engagement begins. If not, we go back to listening.

03

A clear engagement design.

Most engagements run six to twelve months. Monthly or fortnightly sessions. Mid-engagement and end-of-engagement check-ins to assess what is shifting. The outcome design is built around what you are actually trying to change, not a generic framework.

04

Coaching that holds the standard.

Every coach at Art To Lead works to the ICF Core Competencies and the ICF Code of Ethics. Confidentiality is absolute. Sponsor reporting, where there is an organisational sponsor, follows ICF best practice with explicit consent.

05

Coaching for All in practice.

If cost is a barrier and the work is genuinely needed, we have a small reduced-fee practice. We do not advertise it because we cannot scale it. But it exists, and it is part of how we keep the conviction honest.

What Changes
What changes when coaching works

What changes when the coaching is good

  • The decisions you have been postponing get made.
  • The conversations you have been avoiding happen, and they go better than you feared.
  • The pattern you keep returning to becomes visible, and then it shifts.
  • The version of you that you suspected was possible starts showing up at work, in your relationships, and in the choices you make.
  • Coaching is not therapy. It is not consulting. It is not advice. It is structured, ethical, deeply attended thinking-with-someone, and when it works, it changes how you lead and how you live.
